Evan Boulukos

Evan Boulukos is a Portfolio Manager who leads Assured Investment Management’s Municipal Bonds strategy. Previously, Evan served as a Managing Director in the Municipal Securities Division at Citigroup where he spent 13 years co-managing a proprietary municipal bond portfolio focused on total return. Prior to that, Evan spent five years at Lehman Brothers as a Trader on the Institutional Flow Desk in the Municipal Division.

Mr. Boulukos earned an M.B.A. from The Stern School of Business at New York University and graduated cum laude with a B.S. in Applied Economics and Business Management from Cornell University.
